I'm unboxing the Samsung Galaxy Book 12. It's the WiFi model with 256GB of storage/8 GB of RAM and comes with the S-Pen and keyboard case in the box! When it comes to new tech the Samsung Galaxy book is the example of what a 2n1 laptop should be. Yes, many ideas come from their competitors' models and in a competitive market the opportunity to 1up the competition is always a goal. Samsung delivers BIG. From the Backlit keyboard and slim design, this product is as sharp performance wise as it looks wise. The Galaxy Book carries windows 10 and stock comes with the Intel Core i5 processor and will soak up some battery juice FAST. A part of the device that I don't utilize much but is always on is the ability for your Galaxy S8 to sync with the Galaxy book super fast via the Samsung FLOW App. The S Pen is a nice touch for those who utilize stylist often and yes, it does work well with Adobe Photoshop. The big bang is the Display, 12" HDR-ready Super AMOLED Display is what sets them far from any other on the market. Watching, editing videos is a pleasure on here. As far as negative takeaways go I would have to say 1 is the fact that the laptop can be positioned 3 different ways on a flat surface when using the keyboard and while you can use it on your lap I would be very VERY careful. I use the keyboard often and some oil smudges from my skin are already set on the side of the mouse so beware because that may get out of hand fast. I also wish there was some kind of case that would better protect this. Have not found any after market products. Have you? Samsung's new 2-in-1 has beefy specs but a crappy keyboard. Is it worth it?
