Here's how it's done, ladies and gents. Being a Warrior is nothing to complain about if you do it right.

I think this is actually called a Vile Eye or Evil Eye, not sure. Doing this fight solo for the first time when you are used to just whacking things with a giant sword for the whole game is quite confusing. I had no pawns to help me out with advice or attacks so I had to rely on trial and error. I started getting a little frustrated in the middle. I finally figured out that physical attacks weren't going to work after it blocked arc of deliverance. I spent a lot of time trying to work out how that shield worked. Can I get around the back? Can I break it down with enough attacks in succession like you can with cyclops armor? Does it drop after it has attacked you? Stuff like that. Finally figured it out completely by chance after I started taking my frustration out on the tentacles. When the dramatic music starts out and I'm charging up arc of deliverance while it's on the ground I was thinking "Alright bitch now its MY turn" :) This is after I soloed the last boss so my gear is all dragonforged now. Build: Bloodlust Autonomy Temerity Audacity Sinew Impact I really like the way this shows how I learn a boss fight. I'm always trying something and I keep trying it as situations change. If that doesn't work I look around and try something else, or just wait for something to happen. Occasionally I get frustrated and do stuff for the hell of it like when I jumped and whacked it about four times in a row or start breaking tentacles, but that ended up working out. It probably looks very haphazard and sometimes kind of random but in the end the thing dies so it all works out. :)
